Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations worldwide.
All U.S. orders are shipped from our trusted fulfillment partners and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
International shipping is available to most regions in Canada, the U.K., the E.U., and select countries in Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and carrier availability.
If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please email us at hello@theibc.shop and we’ll confirm whether shipping is available to your area or help arrange an alternative delivery option.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times depend on the type of product you order:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days in the U.S.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Units: Require additional production time before shipping. Most custom pieces take 10–21 business days to create, and up to 28 business days for specialty or luxury designs.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and customs processing, generally ranging from 7–15 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I return my order?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an eligible item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@theibc.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide you with written approval and a return address.
- Repack your unused, unopened item in its original packaging and ship it within 5 business days of receiving approval.
Please note:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, worn, installed, or customized hair products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days.
