Thank you for shopping with The International Beauté Collection (“IBC,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. By placing an order through theibc.shop, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it ships.
2. Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items (including tailored units, specialty colors, or luxury pieces) require additional production time before shipping. Typical production and delivery windows are:
- Standard custom units: 10–21 business days production + shipping
- Specialty or luxury orders: up to 28 business days production + shipping
All production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, vendor supply, and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier service. We currently ship to most U.S. states and select international destinations. Available carriers and options will appear at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days after processing (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Weather, customs, or carrier delays may extend delivery. Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, IBC is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update. If you did not receive a tracking email, contact hello@theibc.shop with your order number.
6. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address error, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.
8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If your package is missing or damaged in transit, contact the carrier first and then notify us within 7 days at hello@theibc.shop. We’ll help file a claim and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund according to carrier verification.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches its destination. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility. Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed; refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
10. Incomplete or Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or address error, we will notify you by email. Re-shipment fees may apply. If you choose to cancel instead, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of our Services or purchase of products after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
