Terms of Service

1. Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have parental or guardian consent for any minor dependents using devices you own or manage. You may be asked to provide information such as email, billing, payment, and shipping. You represent that your information is current, accurate, and complete, and that you have the rights to provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or license your account.

2. Our Products

• Color, Texture, and Length Variance. Human hair may vary slightly in color, texture, curl pattern, density, and length by donor and batch. Display settings can affect how products appear on your screen.
• Quality Expectations. Other than what is required by law or expressly stated, we do not warrant that products will meet personal expectations beyond their descriptions.
• Changes and Limits. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or restrict sales by person, household, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after receipt of payment. If we cancel, we will promptly refund amounts paid for the canceled items. We will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided. Orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Custom and Pre-Order Items. For custom units, special colors, or pre-orders, production and delivery windows are estimates only:

4. Prices, Taxes and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in your order confirmation applies, exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, applicable taxes and duties, shipping, and any additional charges you approve.

Anti-Fraud and Verification. We may require additional verification, limit quantities, combine or split shipments, or cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent or that violates these Terms.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss and Delivery

Shipping windows are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver goods to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for carriers, methods, lost or stolen package steps, and signature options.

6. Hygiene, Returns and Exchanges

• Final-Sale Items. Opened, worn, installed, dyed, bleached, cut, altered, or washed items, custom units, lashes, and beauty consumables are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returnable Items. Only unopened and unused items in original packaging with all tags and seals intact may be eligible within the time window in our Refund Policy.
• Inspection. Returned items are inspected. If ineligible, we may deny the return and ship back at your expense.
• Allergy and Patch Test. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. We are not liable for adverse reactions where ingredients and usage guidance are disclosed.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, audio and video, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by IBC or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated. Shopify’s marks are owned by Shopify. Other marks belong to their owners.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools as a convenience. These tools are provided as is and as available without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Third-party websites and materials are not controlled or endorsed by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, products, or services. Review third-party terms before transacting.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but your sales contract is with IBC. Shopify is not a party to your transactions and has no liability for purchases you make from IBC. You release Shopify from claims arising out of your purchases from IBC.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and may also be processed by Shopify and service partners. By using the Services, you consent to these practices. See our Accessibility Statement if available.

12. Feedback, Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, images, testimonials, ideas, or other content (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant IBC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback in any media for lawful purposes. You represent that you own the Feedback and that it does not violate rights or laws. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

13. Errors and Availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information, including after order submission, where permitted by law.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harassing, misleading, or malicious purposes; to upload malware; to scrape or spam; to attempt to bypass security; or to reproduce or exploit the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by IBC or required by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages including lost profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs arising from or related to the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBC and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

18. Service and Installation Disclaimer

We do not provide salon services. If you choose a third-party stylist or service provider to install, color, or alter products, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers or for damage to products after alteration.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue will be in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Optional Arbitration for Consumers. At our or your election, any dispute other than claims for injunctive relief or small-claims matters may be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. You and we waive class actions and jury trials. This clause does not prevent you from filing in small-claims court or seeking public injunctive relief where required by law.

20. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will continue in effect.

21. Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked here are the entire agreement between you and IBC regarding the Services. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

22. Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. Changes to Terms

You can review the current Terms on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes. Material changes will be notified as required by law and become effective on the stated date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
