Thank you for shopping with The International Beauté Collection (“IBC,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to delivering premium beauty and hair products with integrity and care. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. By making a purchase through theibc.shop, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure product safety and hygiene, we can only accept returns that meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, seals, and lace remain intact and have not been altered.
- The return request is made within 3 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Items that have been worn, installed, combed, washed, dyed, cut, altered, or otherwise handled are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable or Final-Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, closures, or frontals
- Custom or made-to-order units
- Colored, bleached, or customized items
- Beauty, skincare, or lash products
- Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted final-sale items
3. Return Process
- Email hello@theibc.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive written approval and a return address. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent to any address other than the one provided will not be accepted.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging within 5 business days of receiving approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and update you on the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- We may, at our discretion, issue store credit instead of a refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Exchange requests submitted more than 3 business days after purchase or without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately at hello@theibc.shop with your order number and photos. Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. We will inspect and resolve the issue by replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order ships, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first, then email us. We will help initiate an investigation. IBC is not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processes.
8. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipment has not yet started. Once a shipping label has been created or a custom process has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed. Approved cancellations may incur up to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
9. Refund Exceptions & Disputes
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are used, damaged, or have missing components. Chargebacks filed without first contacting IBC violate this policy and will be disputed, along with the full order and communication records.
10. International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees. Packages refused or returned due to unpaid import duties are not eligible for a refund.
